Industry

An integrated approach to security is essential. This involves thinking about physical security, information security and personnel security (i.e. good recruitment and employment practices) There is little point investing in costly physical security measures if they can be easily undermined by a disaffected member of staff or by a lax recruitment process.

Logistics

Executive Security Solutions has the experience and expertise to provide the required support and guidance to reduce the risk of an incident occurring on site while minimising the chance of it succeeding.
Using the Global Positioning System and a small electronic device, ESS can track any vehicle, parcel or object fitted with the device with certain accuracy. Monitored on a laptop by an operational surveillance team it is extremely effective and ensures the safe arrival of high value goods.

Construction

Construction sites often have inadequate lighting, poor perimeter security, a lack of natural or video surveillance and inefficient inventory and access tracking. They are subject to offences of theft and criminal damage targeting machinery, tools and material supplies.
We conduct physical site security audits and can provide a dedicated consultant to develop sound security practices and procedures ensuring that policies are integrated at strategic and local level.

Code of Conduct

The management and employees of Executive Security Solutions are to maintain the highest levels of honesty, integrity, impartiality, objectivity and diligence in performing their duties and treat each other fairly and with courtesy.

- Maintain an unimpeachable standard of integrity in all business relationships, both inside and outside the Company.
- They are to perform their obligations efficiently and to the highest professional standards and should remain loyal at all times both to the company and those to whom they are rendering a service.
- They must respond promptly, courteously and efficiently to suggestions, enquiries and complaints seeking an open exchange of information on all technical and commercial issues based on mutual trust.
- They should not act in a manner, which would discredit the Company or enter into any activity, which may result in a conflict of interest both to the Company and those to whom they are rendering a service.
- They are prohibited from acting on any client information gained through their employment with Executive Security for personal gain or pass such information to a third party.

They must not contravene any law or relevant regulation. Any employee found in breach of this code will be subject to disciplinary procedures.
